The firm's practice is exclusively immigration law. The emphasis is on business immigration and family immigration. Business immigration cases include non-immigrant work visas for professionals, professors, scientists, researchers, specialized workers, intra-company transfers, investors and employment based immigrant processing for those working in non-immigrant status, including executives and managers in intra-company transfer status. Family immigration cases include fiancé visas and immigrant processing for spouses and children of American citizens and permanent resident, both through adjustment of status and through consular processing. Derivative citizenship cases and naturalization are also handled. The Firm has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell and Zata Edgar-Soto has been named in Best Lawyers of America (in Immigration Law) from 1993-2008.
